ANNUAL CONVOCATION
( For the Batch 2018-19 )
It is hereby notified to BE students of 2018-19 batch that the ‘Annual Convocation’ for conferment of degree on the candidate will be held at Auditorium of ‘K.J. Somaiya I.E.I.T., Sion, Mumbai’ on, Saturday 18/01/2020 at 03.30 pm.
List of eligible candidates is given below. The candidates with name in list only, can participate in ‘Graduation Day Program’.
Eligible candidates, who want to take part in convocation ceremony, have to register their name on or before 16/01/2020 through Somaiya website using the following link:

Candidates will have to follow proper ‘Dress Code’ as following;
- Male- White Shirt and Black Trouser
- Female- White Shirt and Black Trouser/ White Salwar-Kurta or Saree
Registered candidates have to wear formal convocation attire (full set) which is made available at a stall in the college with the following charges (Rent: Rs. 130/- Deposit: Rs. 170/-).
- These charges should be borne by the graduates.
- Graduates without formal convocation attire will not be allowed to participate in the convocation ceremony. They will have to collect their degree certificates from the exam cell on the next working day.
