Moreover, working in the Students’ Council instils a sense of belonging amongst the students, leads to long-lasting peer relationships, and helps develop invaluable qualities such as teamwork, multitasking and leadership.
KJSIT values the welfare and prosperity of the students in the institute above everything else. The Students’ Council ensures a healthy, joyful, and educative environment for the students of the institute. It helps develop a realistic and comprehensive self-concept by enhancing their self-esteem and developing their interest and abilities. The opportunities offered by means of being in such a student body are plentiful as organizing the cultural and sports fest on a scale as huge as the institute inculcates crucial skills of teamwork and leadership. Due to such unwavering efforts put forward by the institute, KJSIT was awarded the “BEST COLLEGE AWARD” by the University of Mumbai in the urban region last year.
