We will be starting placements activity (campus recruitment drive in our campus) from second week of August 2019 For dream status companies (Companies offering pay package in excess of Rs.5 LPA CTC), we can try to fit in an earlier date.
Mean salary package for KJSIT students has been about Rs. 3.5 LPA CTC in recent years.
Typical flow of action after initial contact and expression of interest is as follows:
Cut off marks, other eligibility criteria, CTC offered, Location, Job profile, Career prospects, Education policy etc.
Recruiter then give the college, schedule for the recruitment process. Typically it starts with Pre Placement Talk (PPT)., followed by tests and interviews.
The information provided by company is is shared with students. Based on the information, student apply for the company (Usually through a google form) and details of interested candidates is shared with the recruiter. Mutually suitable date and venue is decided through discussion between HR manager and TPO.
