The emerging problems of basic facilities like clean drinking water, pothole-free roads, clean sanitation have created a sense of disbelief in the concerned ruling body. Every civic society does contain people, community members or volunteers which have an urge to change the situation and report all these problems do so. Citizen service all the previous solutions, it mainly focuses on social problems namely pothole and garbage. The increasing number of potholes has impacted the normal routines of individuals. Problems like vehicle accidents, fires, mechanical damages and a lot of likely issues are mainly due to the reason of potholes. The municipal corporation invests a huge amount of money every year for repairing roads but the end result has not been effective due to the lack of proper verification. Similarly, with the case of garbage problems like surface waters, health risks, pollution does appear. Citizenservice solutions enable citizens to report potholes or sanitation problems by simply clicking an image and uploading it, the location of the pothole image would be fetched through the mobile or device itself. After the image fetched is validated, a complaint form will appear which would register the respective complaint. Major technology used for the process is Convolution Neural Network(CNN). CNN is used to auto-identify the image captured by the user. PointCloud is the method to triangulate a pixel from the 2D depth image back to its actual position in 3D space.
