Silicon photonics technology is a promising technology to build designs at low cost and in compact space. Optical fiber sensors play an important role because of benefits such as economy, adaptibility and compactness. We present michelson interferometer and fabry perot interferometer based on silicon photonics technology in small size and low loss which can be used in industrial applications and their results and comparison is shown.
