This paper describes a method for indoor localization using Android-based mobile or any communication device. Approach is based on signal propagation and received signal strength measurement which indirectly can be used to detect the location of the user. In this method we take RSSI and grid location of the tracking space and generate a fingerprinting database. Generated database is then run though machine learning algorithm to predict user location.
